Meet Carolyn

Just like the ocean is teeming with vibrant life below the surface, our lives are made up of complex layers beyond what is seen. My greatest joy is helping leaders and their teams discover their "beyond." Through our coaching journey together, I can help you discover and see what is beyond the surface of the challenges you face. Do you want to break out of the cycle of responding to one problem after the next? What if you had a companion who could help guide the process of discovering what more there is: to learn, to do, and to be? As a leadership coach, I can help you and your team navigate change, solve recurring team conflicts, find answers to interpersonal questions, develop hard and soft skills, navigate transition and more. Together, we will explore what is beyond the surface and implement a plan to move forward as you transform more into the leader you want to be. A graduate of the International Leadership Coaching Academy (ILCA), and an ACC certified ICF coach, I have been coaching leaders internally and externally. Prior to moving exclusively into coaching, I have served in a variety of leadership positions in a global organization, worked as a behavior therapist and case manager with children with autism, and volunteered in faith-based community initiatives. I bring a unique blend of experiences to the table through my work with multiple cultures, generations and industries. Beyond my work roles, I am a mom to two amazing teenagers and an adorable newborn, and wife to my best friend, which add even more layers to the leader, coach and woman that I am.
